Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for visually communicating the HR department’s messages through a wide range of design work, including social media content, internal communication materials, recruitment branding, employee onboarding media, and event coverage. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent editing skills, and the ability to turn concepts into compelling visuals that align with the company’s brand.
Design & Visual Content Creation
- Design social media posts for employer branding, event announcements, job advertisements, and internal updates.
- Create visual assets for physical and digital materials including event banners, fair banners, office notices, business cards, and ID cards.
- Customize and maintain visual templates in line with the company’s branding guidelines.
Recruitment Support
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to support onboarding efforts.
- Take and edit photographs of new employees to fit company formats and platforms.
- Assist in creating visual materials for job postings and recruitment drives.
Video Production & Editing
- Record and edit videos of company events, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team activities.
- Produce short-form content (e.g., highlight reels, social media shorts) that capture the essence of the company culture.
- Edit internal training videos to make them visually engaging and easy to follow.
Skills & Experiences You’ll Need To Have
- Graduation in any discipline
- 1-2 Years of Proven experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender).
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Strong sense of visual composition and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience working in an HR or communications team.
- Familiarity with employer branding and corporate identity principles.
- Knowledge of social media trends and engagement strategies.
